(Durham, NC) SipcamAdvan is pleased to announce the addition of Bob Braddock to the Account management and Sales Team. Braddock replaces Randy Gilliam who was recently promoted to Sales Manager. Braddock will manage key account responsibilities for the Southeastern United Sates.

Braddock comes to SipcamAdvan with over 30 years of crop protection experience. "With his breadth of experience in the industry, Bob will be a key addition to the sales team as we build toward our vision to become a $200 million company in the next five years by improving our customers' profitability," commented Randy Gilliam, Sales Manager for the Agriculture Business Unit.

After 17 years with Monsanto as a Sales Rep and District Manager, Braddock moved to Micro Flo Company as Business Manager and later led the Micro Flo team as company lead in both sales and marketing functions during Micro Flo's ownership by BASF. Most recently, Bob was National Accounts Manager and was a member of several leadership teams Arysta Life Science.
